Job summary

A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive role is available in Leeds city centre within a well-established law firm. You will handle private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, estates, Court of Protection and trusts, running cases from instruction to settlement.

You will own your caseload with a focus on quality client care and efficient progression in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE solicitor or equivalent experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Liaise with clients and third parties
• Conduct legal research
• Strong experience in managing caseloads independently
• Highly professional manner
• Organisations skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your own caseload and manage matters from instruction through to settlement.
• Maintain high standards of client care and efficient progression of cases.
