Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE to join a busy Private Client team in Milton Keynes. You will handle wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, IHT planning and Court of Protection matters, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

The role offers a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 DOE, a supportive team, continuing training, and good long-term career prospects in a reputable private practice.

Qualifications

• Experience handling private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and established Private Client team.

You'll handle a varied caseload including:

• Wills
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
• Court of Protection matters

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE, strong technical knowledge across Private Client matters, and the ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. Experience working with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous, as would a STEP qualification.
