Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive in Buckingham. The role offers £50,000 - £70,000 DOE and can be full-time or part-time to suit, within a busy Private Client team.

You will manage wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, IHT and Court of Protection matters, delivering high-quality client care to a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE and strong Private Client experience.
• Ability to manage matters independently and provide high-quality client care.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload: wills, probate and estate administration, LPAs, trusts.
• Inheritence Tax planning and estate planning.
• Handle Court of Protection matters as required.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and busy Private Client team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:

• Wills


• Probate and Estate Administration


• Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Trusts


• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning


• Court of Protection matters

You will be confident handling your own caseload, providing excellent client care, and advising a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive


• 5+ years' PQE preferred


• Strong Private Client experience


• Able to manage matters independently


• Excellent communication and client care skills


• STEP qualification advantageous but not essential


• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members would be beneficial
