Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join a busy Private Client team in Milton Keynes. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 DOE and the chance to manage a varied caseload.

You'll handle wills, probate and estate administration, LPAs, trusts, IHT planning, and Court of Protection matters, with high-net-worth experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of private client matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Manage Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
• Handle Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
• Work on Court of Protection matters.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and established Private Client team.

You'll handle a varied caseload including:

• Wills
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
• Court of Protection matters

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE, strong technical knowledge across Private Client matters, and the ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. Experience working with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous, as would a STEP qualification.
