Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group Limited in Romford seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong elderly client law background. You will manage wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration for a loyal client base.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' PQE in private client work, excellent client care, and a proactive approach to networking. STEP or SFE accreditation is advantageous; LEAP familiarity is desirable.

Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established law firm in Romford to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong background in elderly client law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor seeking a long-term career move with a firm that values its people, offers realistic billing targets and provides genuine opportunities for career progression.

Our client has been established in the Havering area for over 70 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality, personal service to a loyal client base.

The Role

You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills, including complex Wills.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Probate and full estate administration.
• Obtaining Grants of Probate.
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
• Trusts and Court of Protection matters.
• Advising clients on elderly client law and related matters.

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience across the full range of private client matters, particularly elderly client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
• A track record of achieving professional, financial and business development objectives.
• A proactive approach to networking and developing client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A friendly, professional and approachable manner.

STEP or SFE accreditation or membership would be advantageous. Familiarity with LEAP case management software is also desirable.
