Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience across private client matters, especially elderly client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
• Track record of achieving professional, financial and business development objectives.
• Proactive networking and client relationship development.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• STEP or SFE accreditation or membership advantageous; LEAP familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills, including complex Wills.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Probate and full estate administration.
• Obtaining Grants of Probate.
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
• Trusts and Court of Protection matters.
• Advising clients on elderly client law and related matters.
