GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with a highly successful Pershore based Legal Firm. Our client seeks an experienced Private Client Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of wills, estate administration, trusts and probate, within a supportive, client‑focussed team.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, salary up to £56,000 DOE, 33 days’ leave, and clear opportunities for development and progression in a Worcestershire market town with a high‑quality client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
• Strong technical knowledge across Private Client law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• Proactive and organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing own varied caseload in Private Client matters such as wills, estates, trusts and probate.
• Drafting wills and advising on succession planning.
• Estate administration and probate matters.
• Lasting powers of attorney, trust creation and administration.
• Inheritance tax and estate planning.
• Court of Protection matters (desirable).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to become an integral part of their highly regarded team based in a picturesque Worcestershire market town. The Role

You will manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning.
• Estate Administration and Probate matters.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Trust creation, administration and advice.
• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
• Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
