• STEP or SFE accreditation or membership advantageous; LEAP familiarity desirable.

The Role

• Drafting Wills, including complex Wills.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Probate and full estate administration.
• Obtaining Grants of Probate.
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
• Trusts and Court of Protection matters.
• Advising clients on elderly client law and related matters.

• A friendly, professional and approachable manner.STEP or SFE accreditation or membership would be advantageous. Familiarity with LEAP case management software is also desirable.
