Right Match Recruitment Group is working with a well-established law firm in Romford to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong background in elderly client law. You will manage a varied private client caseload including drafting wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration, with a focus on inheritance tax, trusts and Court of Protection matters.

3+ years PQE and excellent client care are essential.

Qualifications

• Private Client solicitor with strong elderly client law background.
• Excellent client care and organisational skills.
• Proactive in networking and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload including wills and LPAs.
• Handle probate, grants of probate and estate administration.
• Provide estate planning, inheritance tax, trusts and Court of Protection guidance.
