Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Private Client Partner to lead the Private Client Department at a branch level. The candidate will handle wills, LPAs/EPAs, trusts and tax planning while mentoring a small team and growing the practice. Location: Bourne or Market Deeping with travel between offices.

9am–5.15pm, competitive salary dependent on experience. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, client relations, and compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Private Client experience.
• Experience across wills, Powers of Attorney and mental capacity issues.
• Experience in tax planning and estate administration.
• Able to lead a small team and develop client relationships.
• Willingness to travel between Bourne and Market Deeping offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service on wills, probate, trusts and tax planning.
• Manage a varied caseload and bill in line with procedures.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members within the department.
• Develop new business and maintain client and referrer relationships.
