G2 Legal Limited, based in Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join as a Partner. The role blends high-level private client work with leadership responsibilities and strategic growth initiatives.

You will manage Wills, Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Inheritance Tax planning, LPAs and Court of Protection matters while driving business development and nurturing client relationships across the region. Flexible working is available.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong Private Client experience.
• Experience leading a team and delivering exceptional client service.
• Commercially minded with a track record in business development.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly respected Lincolnshire law firm at Partner level.

With ambitious growth plans and an excellent reputation across the region, the firm is seeking a commercially minded private client specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while helping drive the continued expansion of the department.

You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
• LPAs and EPAs
• Court of Protection and mental capacity matters

Alongside managing a quality caseload, this role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team, contribute to strategic growth plans and play an active role in business development and relationship building.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong experience across all core Private Client matters
• Comfortable working autonomously and leading a team
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
• Passionate about business development and growing a successful practice
• STEP qualification or an interest in obtaining it would be advantageous
