Job summary

Based primarily at Stamford with travel to Bourne and Market Deeping, the department focuses on growth, mentoring, strategy, and active business

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with Private Client expertise.
• Experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Experience in succession and inheritance tax planning for agricultural and business clients.
• LPA creation and handling complex estates.
• Step qualification or willingness to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ongoing service to Private Client clients across wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning.
• Perform fee-earning work accurately while meeting quality, risk and compliance standards.
• Develop new business and nurture client and referrer relationships.
• Contribute to strategy, service delivery and team growth of Private Client.
• Mentor junior team members and support workflow management.
• Maintain financial control: billing, cash-flow, and collections.
• Stay updated on changes in law and practice.
