Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Bourne/Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, invites an experienced Private Client Partner to join a reputable firm with ambitious growth plans. You will lead a small team and manage a broad range of matters, guiding strategy and client relationships.

An existing following would be welcomed but is not essential. We seek a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong Private Client expertise across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning, capable of driving business development

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts, IHT/CGT planning, LPAs/EPAs, Court of Protection
• Autonomous with ability to lead a team and drive growth
• Commercially aware with excellent client care and business development skills

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly respected Lincolnshire law firm at Partner level.

With ambitious growth plans and an excellent reputation across the region, the firm is seeking a commercially minded private client specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while helping drive the continued expansion of the department.

You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
• LPAs and EPAs
• Court of Protection and mental capacity matters

Alongside managing a quality caseload, this role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team, contribute to strategic growth plans and play an active role in business development and relationship building.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong experience across all core Private Client matters
• Comfortable working autonomously and leading a team
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
• Passionate about business development and growing a successful practice
• STEP qualification or an interest in obtaining it would be advantageous
