Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive
Experience in Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration and tax planning
Experience leading a small team and supporting business development
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other offices

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, ongoing service to Private Client clients (wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, LPAs/EPAs)
Perform fee-earning work accurately and in line with targets
Collaborate with Partners and fee earners to develop new business and client relationships
Provide leadership and direction within the Private Client department and mentor colleagues
Supervise and develop junior team members and manage workflow
Maintain financial control including billing and cash flow management
Stay informed of changes in law and practice to maintain up-to-date skills
