Responsibilities

• Join at partner level and lead the growth of the Bourne private client practice.
• Advise on wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and court of protection work.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities for strategic growth.
• Collaborate with other firm teams to serve client needs and provide holistic advice.
• Maintain strong financial management including billing and cash flow.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in private client law and practice.
