Job summary

Chattertons Group is seeking a confident Private Client Solicitor (Partner) for Bourne or Market Deeping with flexible working between offices. The role offers autonomy, leadership, and mentoring within a growing Private Client department. Hours are 9am–5.15pm, Monday to Friday, with salary depending on experience.

The successful candidate will drive growth, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to strategic objectives, while nurturing client relationships and expanding the firm’s network.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor/legal executive with UK practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality private client services including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Lead and mentor a small Private Client team, supporting business development and client relationships.
• Manage workflow, billing, and compliance to targets and firm standards.
• Stay updated on changes in law and practice relevant to private client work.
