Are you a private client paralegal seeking a new role at a small but well-run firm that offers development and progression?

Thiswell-established and highly regarded high street firm in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys client-facing private client work within a professional yet personable environment and who is confident managing their own caseload independently.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• General private client matters
• Conducting client meetings and taking instructions
• Drafting and progressing files from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience managing their own caseload of Wills and LPAs
• Is capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Possesses strong client care and communication skills
• Is organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team
• Has experience within a solicitors' practice or professional will writing environment

A legal qualification would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with relevant practical experience.
