Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with UK qualification or CILEX equivalent.
• Strong estate administration knowledge and technical inheritance tax and trusts.
• Excellent client relationship and commercial approach.
• Interest in developing within a collaborative Private Client team.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on succession and tax planning, trusts, inheritance tax and estate administration.
• Working on high-value estates for entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and landed estates.
• Managing a varied caseload with increasing autonomy.
• Drafting complex Private Client documentation and collaborating with related teams.
