Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with 1+ PQE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of estate administration, inheritance tax and trusts.
• Commercial, practical approach with client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise on succession, tax planning, trusts, and estate administration.
• Work on large, high-value estates for notable clients.
• Manage a varied caseload appropriate to experience.
• Draft complex Private Client documentation with growing autonomy.
• Collaborate with Private Property, Trust and Tax teams.
• Develop long-term relationships with sophisticated clients.
• Supervise junior team members where appropriate.
• Participate in business development, seminars, and client pitches.
• Develop personal niche interests within Private Client practice.
