Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Private Client lawyer in Chippenham for a hybrid role with flexible working. The firm offers up to £70,000 plus bonus and a supportive team environment with a strong client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law (Wills, Trusts, Probate).
• Experience advising on wills, estate administration, powers of attorney and tax planning.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage own caseload.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous but not essential; CILEX considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload with Wills, trusts and probate.
• Advise on estate administration, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.
• Work with high-net-worth clients and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate within a friendly, supportive team while building expertise.
