Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Private Client team. The role focuses on high-value private wealth work for international clients, with a hybrid and flexible working pattern.

You'll handle wills, trusts, estates, cross-border matters, and Court of Protection, with opportunities to broaden expertise and progress within an established international practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE in Private Client with strong grounding in wills, trusts, estates and succession planning.
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients and cross-border work is advantageous.
• Client-focused approach with commercial awareness and ability to manage complex matters.

Responsabilités

• Handle a varied caseload of high-value Private Client matters including wills, estate planning and succession strategies.
• Work on trust creation, administration and tax planning; probate and estate administration.
• Manage cross-border estates and multi-jurisdictional arrangements; Court of Protection matters.
