Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional with ideally 5-7 years' PQE.
• Strong background in Private Client law and high-net-worth advisory.
• Excellent knowledge of estate administration, trusts and inheritance tax.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families or trustees.
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate with 5+ years' PQE to join a collaborative and well-established Private Client team. You’ll advise a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients on:

• Estate and succession planning
• Trust creation, administration and restructuring
• Inheritance tax planning
• Wills and wealth preservation strategies
• Probate and estate administration
• Family investment and business succession matters
• Landed estates and heritage property work

Working closely with experienced Partners and specialists across Private Client, Trusts, Tax and Property teams, you’ll gain exposure to complex domestic and cross-border matters while developing your own area of expertise.
