Job summary

Howden is seeking an Account Handler to join our Private Clients team in a client-focused, office-based role in Old Windsor. You will manage an existing book, build trusted relationships, and work with insurers to secure renewal terms and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Private or High-Net-Worth client handling.
• Cert CII qualified or working towards.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with current clients and ensure outstanding service.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and communicate with insurers.
• Maintain up-to-date collection specifications and renewal terms.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand accounts.
• Advise on products and solutions aligned to client needs.
• Contribute to team targets and ensure timely premium collection.
