Job summary

Howden Group Holdings is seeking an Account Handler to join its Private Clients team in the UK. You will build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and work closely with colleagues to meet client objectives and renewals.

You will support client needs, attend meetings, and learn to advise on products while aiming to grow existing accounts. This role offers hybrid working and opportunities to gain Cert CII qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience developing long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW clients.
• Passion for excellent customer service and supporting client needs.
• Willingness to learn and expand insurance knowledge to advise on products.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with an existing book of clients and work with the wider team to achieve objectives.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and liaise with insurers during renewals and terms.
• Identify opportunities to drive the best outcomes for clients.
