Job summary

Barclays Private Banking Executive in London assists the Private Banker in acquiring, servicing and retaining clients to deliver business objectives. You will act as the key contact for day-to-day client matters and support the team in achieving targets, including marketing banking and investment products.

You will handle client relationships, onboarding, and complex servicing requests while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Managing client relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, risk management, lending and security requirements.
• Adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks including KYC/AML, governance and risk procedures.
• Preparing for client-facing meetings and delivering high-quality client support including documentation and reviews.
• Experience in a Private Banking/Wealth Management or similar client-facing environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual or trilingual in EMEA languages (English required; French/Italian or others preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client and internal relationships to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead client servicing and engagement plans including service reviews.
• Develop relationships across bank areas to ensure end-to-end client experience.
• Be point of contact for new account queries and complex servicing requests.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and internal policies.
