Job summary

Teleperformance Ltd is seeking an experienced Privacy, Risk and Compliance professional to oversee the organisation's privacy program, risk management and governance. You will ensure GDPR compliance, maintain ROPs, and lead audits while collaborating with HR, IT, operations and legal teams across the business.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex regulations into clear actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Privacy, Risk or Compliance across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws and GDPR.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy, risk and compliance program across the business.
• Maintain Records of Processing (ROP) and Risk Registers.
• Lead governance, regulatory monitoring and audits.
• Support client contracts with privacy and compliance clauses.
• Provide guidance during mobilisation, bids and go-lives.
