Job summary

Teleperformance Bristol seeks an experienced Privacy, Risk & Compliance Officer to support and oversee the delivery of privacy, risk and compliance frameworks across the UK business. You'll work with HR, IT, Legal and operations to embed regulatory requirements and global standards.

You will report to senior leadership and the Regional Privacy Officer, driving GDPR compliance, records accuracy, and risk mitigation across functions while fostering a culture of governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in privacy, risk or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy, risk and compliance frameworks across the UK business.
• Ensure privacy notices and consent for employees are up to date.
• Maintain Records of Processing (ROP) within OneTrust and ensure accuracy.
• Lead the Risk Management Framework and monitor risks across the business.
• Deliver governance and regulatory reporting to leadership and Global teams.
