Responsibilities

• Supervise prisoners in non-specialist workshops and ensure safety.
• Induct prisoners to workshops and train on health and safety and COSHH.
• Set work schedules and monitor targets and quality standards.
• Log attendance, prisoner hours, and wage records.
• Contribute to risk assessments and safety documentation.
• Attend meetings and provide administrative support.
