The DHL Supply Chain warehouse team leader role is based inside HMP The Mount, Hemel Hempstead. You will lead hands-on packing, lifting and stock movement on the prison wing, following strict procedures and security checks. This permanent full-time position requires strong communication and resilience to work with offenders.

We offer a 12-week induction, free parking, Blue Light Card access, flexible patterns on request, and a generous pension. Salary guidance £28,198 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the prison wing with orders for offenders.
• Handle lifting and moving stock with safety awareness.
• Load and unload deliveries when on-site.
• Check orders for accuracy before distribution.
• Follow prison rules and established procedures.
