Job summary

DHL Supply Chain operates within a prison setting, handling picks, packing and distribution for canteen services inside HMP Wymott. The role is based Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with a 40-hour week and occasional weekend flexibility.

You must pass enhanced security vetting to join our team inside the prison environment. This is not a standard warehouse role; you will work closely with offenders to ensure accurate stock and timely processing while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Have 3 years UK address history (required for security clearance)
• Able to communicate clearly and deal with people
• Comfortable working inside a prison, alongside offenders
• Hands on and willing to get stuck into warehouse tasks
• Interested in doing a job that can make a real difference
• Full UK Driving License and own transport

Responsibilities

• Work inside a prison, leading and working alongside offenders in a warehouse
• Hands on role - picking, packing and manual handling (up to 20kg)
• Keep stock accurate and the operation running smoothly
• Work at pace when needed and stay organised
• Working as a team to make sure targets are met
