Job summary

Qualifications

• Comfortable working inside a prison, alongside offenders.
• Experience leading, managing or supervising a team.
• Have 3 years UK address history (required for security clearance).

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison).
• Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work.
• Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations.
• Staff training and inductions.
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets.
