Serco is seeking a Prison Offender Manager at HMP Fosse Way in Leicestershire to support offenders along their custodial journey, coordinating with colleagues and external agencies to deliver sentence plan objectives and rehabilitation opportunities. Location: HMP Fosse Way, Leicestershire, LE18 4TN
Salary: Starting at £30,750 up to £33,000 on successful completion of probation period, and holding caseload.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday 8am -4.30pm, flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
