Reflex Group in Barwell is seeking a Print Assistant to support daily printing operations. No prior printing experience is required as full training will be provided. You will assist with materials, maintain a clean workspace, and help ensure production runs smoothly while following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Assist the Printer with the preparation and running of production jobs.
• Load and prepare materials, inks, and consumables for production.
• Move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products around the production area.
• Support machine cleaning and basic housekeeping activities.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Assist with machine set-ups and changeovers under supervision.
• Carry out basic production paperwork and report concerns.
