Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and eager to learn the flexographic printing process. The role offers rotating shifts and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or printing preferred.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the press operator in setting up and running flexographic printing presses.
• Prepare and stage substrates, inks, and plates.
• Clean anilox rollers, ink pans, and other press components.
• Monitor print quality and alert to inconsistencies.
• Help with press maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage waste and ensure proper disposal of materials.
• Keep the press area clean, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Accurately complete production documentation and job records.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
