Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the press operator in setting up and running flexographic printing presses.
• Prepare and stage substrates, inks, and plates.
• Clean anilox rollers, ink pans, and other press components.
• Monitor print quality and alert to inconsistencies.
• Help with press maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage waste and ensure proper disposal of materials.
• Keep the press area clean, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Accurately complete production documentation and job records.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Monitor print quality and alert the operator to any inconsistencies
• Help with press maintenance and basic troubleshooting tasks
• Manage waste and ensure proper disposal of materials
• Keep the press area clean, organised, and stocked with supplies
• Accurately complete production documentation and job records
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Secondary School educated or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of lifting up weights and standing for long periods
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
