Vincera Consulting Ltd. in Birmingham is recruiting a Principal or Associate Structural Engineer to join our growing team.

You will lead the structural engineering effort, directly supporting the Structures Director and taking a lead role across projects, sectors and clients. We offer an excellent benefits package, hybrid working, discretionary bonus, private medical insurance, life assurance and generous training.

Qualifications

• Masters in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered with MIStructE or MICE (or equivalent).
• Recent structural engineering consultancy experience.
• Knowledge of the Midlands market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of structural calculations, drawings, reports and design documents.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate work with the project team.
• Present technical solutions and develop project fee proposals.
• Support Structures Director and mentor junior team members.
• Attend site visits to review projects and construction progress.
• Ensure delivery meets high standards of quality and safety.
