• Proven bid/report preparation experience.
• Strong client liaison and commercial awareness.
• Hands-on design experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery and management of structural projects.
• Manage project teams and liaise with clients.
• Prepare bids and proposals as required.
• Develop and review designs compliant with BS/EN Eurocodes.
• Mentor junior staff and support technical excellence.
