Job summary

GSK is seeking a Principal Scientist AD Business Process Specialist to drive digital transformation across Analytical Development. You will translate scientific workflows into digital use cases, lead end-to-end initiatives, and build data-driven solutions to accelerate decision-making and data access.

The role involves collaboration with scientists, process owners and IT, with relocation plans for Ware R&D in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific or technical discipline.
• Proven experience in CMC Analytical Development and lifecycle management.
• Track record in digitalisation and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, learning agility and adaptability in change.
• Excellent written and oral communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Translate scientific workflows into clearly defined digital use cases and requirements.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio of digital use cases from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and prioritize work.
• Lead user acceptance testing and pilots to validate solutions.
• Drive adoption of digital tools through change management and training.
