Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc or equivalent in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of CMC and analytical development.
• Proven experience driving digital transformation and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Process Owners and AD leadership to support the digital roadmap.
• Translate workflows and user needs into clearly defined digital use cases and success criteria.
• Lead portfolio of digital use cases end to end from concept to deployment.
• Drive adoption of digital tools through change management and training.
• Build digital and data literacy across AD teams and ensure data quality and governance.
