Job summary

GSK Enterprise AI seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to lead process development science initiatives in a UK hybrid role. You’ll partner with scientists, engineers and business leaders to identify opportunities, size value, and translate them into executable AI products.

The role focuses on oligonucleotides, ADCs and monoclonal antibodies within CMC, delivering a 10x transformation in modeling, simulations and automated lab workflows, with day-to-day collaboration with data analytics and R&D tech

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/life sciences and AI/ML product management.
• Ability to turn complex problems into structured opportunities with defensible business cases.
• Knowledge of process development, manufacturing, and regulatory considerations in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and size value across engagements.
• Prioritize work and align with stakeholders to maximize impact.
