Job summary

GSK Enterprise AI in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to shape how AI transforms our drug development and manufacturing platforms. You will partner with scientists, engineers and business leaders to identify opportunities, size value, and turn complex problems into actionable plans that engineers can implement.

You will lead prioritization, define success metrics, and ensure cross-functional delivery, while helping scale self-driving lab initiatives and digital workflows

Qualifications

• Strong progressive experience in pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product, product management, or strategy roles in technology-led organisations.
• A track record of turning complex business problems into structured, sized opportunities with defensible business cases.
• Experience collaborating with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive value.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across engagements and size value with credible business cases.
• Prioritize work streams and sequence initiatives for impact in sprints and beyond.
• Partner with FDE pods and engineering to turn ambiguity into crisp problem statements and measurable success criteria.
• Maintain sponsor confidence with concise updates, risk calls, and clear asks; track value realization.
