Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year

On Target Earnings: £55,000 - £80,000+

Are you a seasoned Sales Consultant or Insurance Consultant with a proven track record of success? We're hiring experienced Sales Consultants and Insurance Consultants from a variety of Industries. If you are confident on the phone, enjoy a target driven environment and working in an incentivised role then we are interested!

Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers as they buy Life Insurance, supporting families ensuring the best fit policy for their needs. We are growing our team of Advised Insurance Consultants

Outbound telephone sales

Using our expertly sourced leads & converting them into sales. Management of sales pipeline working on a 14-20% conversion rate

Applying for Life Insurance with our customers over the phone, working out which product best suits their needs

Working on a busy sales floor

Your Skills:

• 1+ Years previous experience selling Life Insurance
• Drive, tenacity, resilience and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Work efficiently and at a fast pace with managers to prioritise tasks
• Proven Sales experience with a record of high achievement
• Drive to continuously improve personally and professionally

Your Rewards:

• Salary starting from £30,000 - £35,000
• Structured progression route and ongoing promotions & Pay Increases
• Bespoke Agent-to-Management training scheme available
• Competitive and realistic OTE of £55,000 - £80,000 Depending on previous experience
• Working
  Hours: 9 - 6:30 everyday. Monday to Friday - no evenings no weekends!
• 1 hr for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks
• Hybrid Working - Performance based - 2 days per week - Once probation is completed
