Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will support our customers in purchasing Life Insurance, helping families find the best-fit policies for their needs. We are expanding our team of Advised Insurance Consultants.

1. Outbound telephone sales
2. Using our sourced leads and converting them into sales, managing a sales pipeline with a 14-20% conversion rate
3. Applying for Life Insurance over the phone, matching products to customer needs
4. Working on a busy sales floor

Your Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience selling Life Insurance
• Drive, tenacity, resilience, and enthusiasm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks with management support
• Proven sales achievement record
• Desire for personal and professional improvement
