As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at ATA Recruitment, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. This means you’ll have direct control over your success and the opportunity to maximise your earnings through our uncapped commission structure. Your role will cover all key aspects of recruitment, including:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
2. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Maintenance Engineering sector.
