What You’ll Do:

• Active business development: sourcing new clients via networking, meetings, cold-calling, and expanding current accounts.
• Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering trust and collaboration for long-term partnerships.
• Bring innovation and drive: seeking new recruitment methods and managing accounts with strategic thinking and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
• A proven 360-degree billing profile; Principal Consultants should bill £250k+ (new business)
• Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
• Desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable startup
• Success in their niche with career growth aspirations and a flexible lifestyle
• Resilience and discipline to stay consistent daily
• Ambition and self-motivation for future leadership roles
