Job summary

nCino is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Leader to own feature roadmaps, engage executives, and drive cross-functional delivery across Design, Engineering and Sales. You will translate customer research into strategy, and guide AI/ML-enabled enhancements throughout the product lifecycle.

In this role you will lead Early Adopter conversations, align stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues while shaping the future of our core platform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in product/business roles.
• Experience presenting to executives and multiple layers.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Experience in sales cycles and customer interviews.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proven ability to run agile product development.
• Experience with loan origination tech and compliance tools.
• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscape (UK MLR, AMLR 2027).
• Travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and own the roadmap; identify top-priority problems.
• Validate roadmap with customers; translate research outputs.
• Represent product vision in planning with Design and Eng.
• Collaborate with Engineering; be a key sprint reviewer.
• Lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations.
• Guide junior team members to interpret success metrics.
