Job summary

nCino seeks an experienced Product Leader to own the roadmap, drive customer validation, and lead cross-functional launches. You will articulate product vision, influence design and engineering decisions, and craft AI-enabled insights to inform strategic direction for our lending and onboarding platforms.

The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement, strong communication, and deep knowledge of loan origination technology within the regulatory landscape of the EMEA region. Travel is < 10% and compensation reflects market data.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience presenting to executives and multiple layers of management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Experience participating in the sales cycle and customer interviews.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to translate feedback into actionable requirements.
• Experience with loan origination platforms and compliance technology (CLM, KYB/KYC).
• Familiarity with the EMEA regulatory landscape (UK MLR, AMLR 2027).
• Travel < 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and own the product roadmap, identifying top-priority problems to solve.
• Validate roadmaps with customers and synthesize research output for planning.
• Plan feature scope with Design and Engineering; challenge approaches for best outcomes.
• Build involvement in key milestones; review sprints and demos with stakeholders.
• Launch strategies: lead Early Adopter conversations and create cross-functional launches.
• Grow by interpreting success metrics and guiding junior team members.
• Lead conversations with customers about value, vision, and roadmap of features; handle objections with deep product knowledge.
• Leverage AI/ML to inform product decisions and forecast trends; validate assumptions with analytics.
