Job summary

Lloyds is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the Transport Experience Design team, combining exceptional craft with the ability to influence at scale and raise quality across Transport.

You will coach designers, shape the future direction of our practice, and influence strategic decisions through expertise and insight, partnering with Engineering to govern design systems and reusable patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Exceptional interaction and product design craft.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience establishing or evolving design systems with Engineering.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop designers across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale transformation programmes across Transport.
• Establish and evolve design systems in partnership with Engineering.
• Coach and mentor designers across the team to strengthen craft and impact.
• Influence product, service and business strategy through design excellence.
