Lloyds is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Commercial Experience Design team, transforming how customers and colleagues experience commercial lending. You will work across complex journeys, turning needs into simple, intuitive digital experiences, from discovery through delivery.

You’ll explore AI-enhanced design workflows, shape journeys, create and test prototypes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content and Research to bring experiences to life.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI in the design workflow.
• Strong hands-on capability in Figma.
• Experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer/Interaction Designer.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through delivery.
• Strong facilitation and collaborative design skills.
• Experience using customer research and testing to improve designs.

Responsabilités

• Design customer and colleague experiences across complex commercial lending journeys.
• Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, design sprints, critiques and collaborative sessions.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design tools as part of product design.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content and Research teams.
