• Craft cohesive end-to-end user experiences using components from a central design system
• Bring designs to life with prototyping software
• Gather user research and rationale to balance business requirements with user needs and align stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand technical constraints, identify opportunities, and shape solutions
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities

Требования:

• 5+ Years of product design experience
• Proven track record of creating intuitive user experiences with measurable customer and business outcomes
• Experience owning and driving end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through delivery and optimisation
• Strong prototyping, wireframing, and experience design skills
• Ability to communicate design rationale, influence decisions, and align stakeholders around a shared vision
• Confidence working with established design systems and identifying opportunities to improve and extend them
• Ability to connect design decisions to business objectives and explain their impact on customer outcomes, efficiency, engagement, and long‑term value
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary work across Design, Product, Engineering, and Research
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence stakeholders, shape strategic direction, and build confidence in design-led approaches
• Comfortable using AI in the design process to improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision‑making
• Values collaboration and feedback, shares work openly, and participates in design critiques

£61,344 - £68,160 Cardiff, Bristol, or Manchester 12-Month fixed‑term contract
